These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and pq999 ("pq999", "Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the pq999 website accessible at pq999.cam and any associated services, content, tools or features offered through the Platform.

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or using any of its services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use or continue using the Platform.

pq999 is an online gaming information platform targeting Pakistani users. It provides educational content on online cricket betting, sports wagering, live casino gaming and responsible gambling practices. pq999 does not claim to be licensed, approved, regulated or endorsed by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, any provincial authority, or any Pakistani financial institution.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by a User on the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional offer, welcome offer, free bet, free spin, cashback or reload offer made available to Users, subject to applicable bonus terms.
• "Content" means all text, images, software, data, graphics, audio, video, information and other materials made available through the Platform.
• "Deposit" means any funds transferred by a User into their Platform Account for the purpose of gaming activity.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process requiring Users to provide documentation confirming their identity and other relevant information.
• "Platform" means the pq999 website at pq999.cam, its subdomains and any associated applications or services.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country, territory or jurisdiction in which use of the Platform is prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
• "User" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount (or in some cases deposit plus bonus) must be staked before a withdrawal can be made in respect of that Bonus.
• "Withdrawal" means any transfer of funds from a User's Platform Account to the User's designated payment method.

To register and maintain an Account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the applicable operator or licence jurisdiction, at the time of registration and at all times during use of the Platform.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.
• You must register using accurate, complete and current personal information. Providing false registration details constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You must not currently be self-excluded from gambling services, either through the Platform's own self-exclusion tools or through any applicable regulatory self-exclusion programme.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, director or officer of pq999, or an immediate family member of such a person.

pq999 reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify eligibility at any time. Accounts found to be in breach of eligibility requirements may be suspended or permanently closed, and any balances may be forfeited in accordance with applicable operator policies.

Each User may hold only one Account on the Platform. Creating duplicate, multiple or linked accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any associated balances.

By using the Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The Platform and its Content are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only.

You agree that you will not:

• Access or use the Platform in any jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by law.
• Use the Platform for any fraudulent, deceptive or illegal purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its servers or related systems.
• Use automated tools, bots, scripts or other automated means to access or interact with the Platform without prior written consent from pq999.
• Transmit any malicious code, viruses, malware or other harmful software through the Platform.
• Reproduce, republish, redistribute or commercially exploit any Content from the Platform without express written authorisation.
• Engage in collusion, match-fixing, bonus abuse or any form of fraudulent gaming activity.

pq999 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to restrict, suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time if you are found to be in breach of these Terms of Use.

pq999 may from time to time make Bonuses and promotional offers available to Users. All Bonus offers are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit conditions, eligible game restrictions, expiry periods and maximum withdrawal limits. These specific terms accompany each individual offer and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonuses must typically be wagered a specified number of times (the Wagering Requirement) before any Withdrawal of bonus-derived funds can be made. The applicable Wagering Requirement will be stated in the individual bonus terms.
• Minimum Deposit: A minimum Deposit (illustrative example: PKR 1,000) may be required to activate a Bonus. The applicable minimum will be specified in the individual offer terms.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not used within the stated validity period will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated.
• Bonus Abuse: pq999 reserves the right to void Bonuses and any associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe a User has engaged in Bonus abuse, including but not limited to exploitation of offers through coordinated betting strategies or the creation of multiple accounts.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, Users may hold only one active Bonus at any time. Accepting a new Bonus may result in the forfeiture of any existing active Bonus.

All Deposits and Withdrawals on the Platform are subject to applicable KYC and AML requirements. pq999 does not guarantee the availability of any specific payment method. Availability of payment options — including references to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — is subject to the cashier at the time of transaction. These payment providers are referenced as familiar Pakistani options only; their inclusion does not imply their endorsement of gambling services.

pq999 reserves the right to delay or decline a Withdrawal if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. Source-of-funds documentation may be requested for larger transactions.

pq999 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment and should never be treated as a source of income or a means of recovering financial losses. The following tools and obligations apply to all Users.

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits through their Account settings. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a mandatory reflection period before taking effect.
• Loss Limits: Users may set maximum loss thresholds over defined periods. Once a loss limit is reached, further gaming activity may be restricted until the applicable period resets.
• Time Limits & Reality Checks: Session time reminders and time limits are available to help Users monitor the duration of their gaming sessions.
• Self-Exclusion: Any User who believes their gambling may be becoming problematic may request a self-exclusion period during which their Account will be suspended. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly. Contact pq999 support to activate self-exclusion.
• Cooling-Off Period: Users may request a temporary cooling-off period of up to 90 days. During this period, the Account will be inaccessible for gaming purposes.
• Do Not Chase Losses: Users are encouraged not to increase stakes in an attempt to recover losses. Problem gambling indicators include loss-chasing, playing with money intended for essential expenses, and neglecting responsibilities due to gambling.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of balances:

• Opening or attempting to open more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete registration or verification information.
• Using the Platform while self-excluded or during a cooling-off period.
• Facilitating access to the Platform by a minor or an ineligible third party.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match manipulation, arbitrage betting or coordinated bonus exploitation.
• Using VPN, proxy or other circumvention tools to access the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction.
• Conducting any transaction that constitutes or facilitates money laundering or terrorism financing.
• Accessing or attempting to access any other User's Account without authorisation.
• Reverse engineering, scraping or otherwise attempting to extract proprietary data or code from the Platform.

pq999 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities where required by applicable law. Where prohibited conduct involves suspected criminal activity, pq999 reserves the right to report the matter to relevant authorities and to freeze or withhold Account balances pending investigation.

All Content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, page layouts, software, data compilations and underlying code — is the property of pq999 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other licence is granted, whether express or implied.

You must not reproduce, redistribute, sell, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any Content from the Platform without the prior written consent of pq999, except where permitted by applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pq999 and its officers, directors, employees, contractors and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Platform;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on or through the Platform;
• Any Content obtained from the Platform; or
• Unauthorised access to, use of, or alteration of your Account or transmissions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits pq999's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

The Platform provides information on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pq999 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness or suitability of the information provided. Users rely on Platform content at their own risk.

pq999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any User Account at any time, without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The User has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The User has provided false or misleading registration or verification information;
• The User is using the Platform for fraudulent, illegal or suspicious purposes;
• It is necessary to comply with a legal obligation or regulatory requirement;
• The Account has been inactive for an extended period (as defined in the applicable inactivity policy); or
• Continuation of the Account relationship presents an unacceptable commercial, legal or reputational risk.

Upon termination, any Available Balance (defined as real-money funds not subject to active bonus wagering requirements or pending investigations) may be returned to the User's verified payment method, subject to completion of applicable KYC and AML requirements. Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.

Users may close their own Account at any time by contacting pq999 support. Account closure requests will be processed in accordance with applicable procedures, including any mandatory self-exclusion waiting periods.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its applicable gaming licence, as communicated to Users through the Platform's legal documentation.

Nothing in this clause precludes any mandatory consumer protection rights that Users may hold under the laws of their own jurisdiction. Users in Pakistan are reminded that Pakistan has gambling restrictions under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and are responsible for understanding and complying with applicable local law.

This platform does not constitute legal advice and does not claim that participation in online gaming is lawful in Pakistan or any specific jurisdiction.

pq999 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, pq999 will take reasonable steps to notify Users — for example, by displaying a notice on the Platform or sending a notification to the registered Account email address.

Your continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.

The date at the top of this document indicates when the current version of the Terms was last updated. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
